Refunds & Returns

Because makhana is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened packs for hygiene and safety reasons. We will always make it right if something is wrong with your order.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the pack and outer box.
• After checking, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund for the affected items.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. For cash on delivery orders, we refund by UPI or bank transfer.

Bulk and export orders

Quality claims on bulk, export and private label orders are handled under the terms agreed in your quote and sample approval.
