This policy applies to orders of Vedyaa branded packs placed on this website. Bulk, export and private label orders are shipped on the terms agreed in your quote.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India through our courier partners. Some remote pin codes may take longer or may not be serviceable; we will tell you if that happens.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- You will receive tracking details by SMS, email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge is shown before you pay.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery may be available on eligible pin codes and order values.
Export shipments
For export orders, shipping terms, timelines and documents are agreed in writing before dispatch.
